The role supports craft workers, site supervisors, and project teams by keeping hardware, software, connectivity, and standard IT processes working reliably, while traveling to key jobsites during ramp-up periods, outages, routine maintenance, and craft-focused events. When not traveling, the Specialist handles standard IT support tickets from Tulsa or a home office and stays fully engaged with the IT Support team.
