## About the Role

* Completion of Bachelor's / Graduate degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Operations Research, etc.) plus 4+ years of experience producing advanced analytics work with an emphasis in optimization.
 * Proficiency in Python and SQL, along with hands-on experience using statistical software packages and data tools, including Snowflake and Databricks.
 * Demonstrated command of advanced statistical methods and concepts, including predictive modeling, time series forecasting, and text mining.
 * Experience with data mining and visualization, including Tableau.
 * Effective storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into digestible insights for audiences across levels; able to influence stakeholders, articulate value hypotheses, and secure sponsorship.
 * Commitment to iterative development, including a proven ability to engage and update stakeholders bi-weekly (or as needed) to ensure alignment, incorporate feedback, and maintain transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
 * Experience presenting to senior leaders and stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

 * Experience in Financial Services, Consulting, or working with strategy teams is a plus.

## Description

* Collaborate with Business Banking senior stakeholders to identify key business challenges and opportunities, and develop data-driven solutions to address them.
 * Apply statistical methods and data analysis to solve business problems, under guidance from senior team members.
 * Support all project phases, from requirements gathering and analysis to delivering insights to senior leaders.
 * Navigate large amounts of data from multiple sources, utilizing Python and SQL for data processing and analysis, while ensuring accuracy.
 * Work cross-functionally with other departments/SMEs to ensure data quality and methodologies are applicable and accurate.
 * Maintain data integrity and security, complying with all relevant regulations and protocols.
 * Actively participate in learning and development opportunities, staying abreast of current trends and best practices in data science, and applying newfound knowledge to enhance job performance and project outcomes.
