This role serves as the primary IT relationship owner for Operating Company (OpCo, aka distribution center) Managers, Directors, and Presidents, and is accountable for aligning technology priorities, financial constraints, and enterprise standards. The IT Manager, Warehouse Operations owns day-to-day operational stability, support effectiveness, financial accountability, and prioritization across all warehouse and operations systems, while also directing development, enhancement, and deployment efforts. This IT Manager acts as the escalation point for complex operational issues and partners closely with Field Services, Infrastructure, Development teams, and senior IT leadership to ensure consistent execution and outcomes.
