Functional Skills * Ability to simplify and standardize complex concepts and business processes for diverse stakeholders. * Strong business acumen, including expertise in business process management, modeling, and principles. * Effective vendor and stakeholder relationship management at all organizational levels. * Consultative problem-solving skills, leveraging strategic thinking to address business challenges. * Excellent oral and written communication skills. * Expertise in requirements definition, management, and facilitation of workshops. * Experience in multidisciplinary team environments and Agile/Scrum development methodologies. * Awareness of emerging technologies and ability to translate them into actionable business strategies. Technical Skills * Proven ability to manage cross-platform digital projects (desktop, tablet, mobile) with distributed teams. * Strong knowledge of all phases of digital development: concept, information architecture, design, development, and QA. * Experience with DAM, PIM, and CMS platforms, including metadata modeling and workflow automation. * Experience in digital innovation, UX, and mobile-first responsive design. Additional Requirements * Demonstrated team leadership skills, motivating and directing cross-functional teams. * Experience with Agile project management frameworks and tools (Atlassian JIRA, Monday, Asana, Microsoft Project, or similar). * Success in executing global technology projects. * Ability to manage conflicting priorities and deliver results under pressure.
