This position is essential to maintaining the daily readiness, functionality, and efficiency of our perfusion systems. We seek a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to support Operations and R&D by executing perfusion runs, preparing solutions, maintaining lab best practices, troubleshooting equipment issues, documenting experimental results, and handling sample collection. This role requires strict adherence to aseptic techniques, compliance with experimental protocols, and maintaining an organized, secure, and efficient lab environment. If you thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced scientific setting and are passionate about advancing bioprocess innovation, we encourage you to apply!, + Assemble, prime, decontaminate, and maintain perfusion devices to ensure proper functionality, sterility, and readiness for experimental procedures. + Operate and maintain basic laboratory equipment, such as a pH meter, analytical balance, and/or biosafety cabinets; perform procedures for standard laboratory assays; and effectively perform aseptic techniques. + Collect and record data according to established protocols and maintain accurate, up-to-date records. The employee will be expected to acquire a level of knowledge to properly execute experiments and analyze results. + Responsible for general laboratory maintenance; preparing solutions, reagents, and media following defined laboratory protocols; inventory supplies on a weekly basis.
