Substantial expertise in architecting and maintaining CI/CD pipelines. While we prefer GitLab, we value deep knowledge of runners and build optimization gained from using Jenkins, CircleCI, or GitHub Actions. Substantial expertise operating within SOC 2 or PCI DSS frameworks, with an understanding of how to balance functional security controls and rigorous documentation. Extra points if you have experience providing direct evidence during audit cycles. Experience with compliance platforms such as Vanta for managing audit documentation and evidence gathering Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) and well-developed opinions on effective AI interaction patterns and workflows Demonstrated ability to effectively prompt and collaborate with AI coding assistants to accelerate development, with experience integrating these tools into team workflows for code review, refactoring, test generation, or documentation Experience working with APIs using Golang, Python, or a similar language.
