## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 10 years of related engineering experience OR master's degree in electrical engineering from an accredited university or college with a minimum of 8 years of related engineering experience\n
 * Experience in control hardware design, including control cabinet/panel design and wiring/schematic development (e.g., AutoCAD Electrical, EPLAN, or similar tools)\n
 * Experience with microprocessor control hardware, firmware/hardware interface architecture\n
 * Knowledge of and experience using IEEE, IEC, ANSI, NEC, and NESC standards and codes, and ability to engineer design packages when no clear customer specification is provided\n
 * Strong oral and written communication skills\n
 * Must be flexible with working hours and willing to travel to support projects globally\n, * Experience with the MKVIe platform hardware architecture\n
 * Experience with PLC hardware and I/O system design\n
 * Experience in power system protection hardware\n
 * Experience with RTDS testing of control hardware/systems\n
 * Experience with hardware obsolescence management and lifecycle planning\n
 * Experience collaborating with manufacturing/fabrication teams on panel build and factory acceptance testing (FAT)\n
