## About the Role

* 10+ years of IT experience with 5+ years as a Scrum Master.
 * Strong expertise in Agile frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean methodologies.
 * Experience leading multiple Agile teams in large-scale enterprise environments.
 * Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or Rally.
 * Strong understanding of Agile metrics, velocity tracking, burndown charts, and reporting.
 * Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
 * Experience managing cross-functional teams including Development, QA, Product Management, and DevOps.
 * Ability to identify and remove team impediments while ensuring continuous delivery.

Preferred Skills:

 * Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PSM, SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or SAFe Agilist certification.
 * Experience in Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, or other regulated industries.
 * Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Cloud technologies, and Agile delivery practices.
 * Experience driving enterprise Agile transformation and coaching Scrum Masters.
 * Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.

Qualifications:

 * Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
 * Relevant Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

## Description

* We are seeking an experienced Lead Scrum Master with experience leading multiple Agile teams.
 * The ideal candidate will drive Agile transformation, facilitate Scrum ceremonies, coach teams on Agile best practices, and collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions., * Lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
 * Coach and mentor Scrum teams, Product Owners, and stakeholders on Agile/Scrum principles and practices.
 * Manage and support multiple Agile teams across complex projects and programs.
 * Remove impediments and proactively address risks, dependencies, and blockers.
 * Track and report Agile metrics, team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery health.
 * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high-performing teams.
 * Collaborate with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs.
 * Drive Agile transformation initiatives and promote Agile best practices across the organization.
 * Coordinate cross-team dependencies and facilitate program-level planning activities.
 * Support release planning, roadmap discussions, and stakeholder communications.
