The Program Manager will ensure effective execution, strategic alignment, and operational excellence across all program activities, while providing guidance to technical teams, subcontractors, and client partners. This role requires strong leadership, proven program management capability, and the ability to manage dynamic, high visibility efforts with minimal oversight.
