 * Strong knowledge of software design patterns, tiered architecture, and software testing practices.
 * Experience developing unit tests and integration tests.
 * Ability to analyze complex software requirements and translate them into maintainable technical solutions.
 * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
 * Ability to work with business and systems analysts to clarify requirements.

## Description

We are seeking a Senior .NET Core Programmer Analyst with 10+ years of .NET web application development experience to support enterprise applications for a Virginia transportation environment. The successful candidate will design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and maintain high-quality applications and backend services using the .NET Core framework, C#, JavaScript, and modern web technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain applications and backend services using C# and .NET Core.

 * Develop web applications using ASP.NET MVC, Web API, JavaScript, jQuery, Angular, React, Blazor, HTML5, and CSS3.
 * Apply appropriate software design patterns to improve reusability and maintainability.
 * Develop and execute unit and integration tests.
 * Analyze complex software requirements and develop high-quality software components.
 * Troubleshoot application and process automation issues.
 * Collaborate with business and system analysts to understand and implement requirements.
 * Follow established programming and development best practices.
 * Participate in Agile SDLC activities.
 * Prepare technical documentation when required.
 * Support automated build and software delivery processes.
