If you are looking for a full-t… ## Description * Ampcus is seeking a strategic and people-focused Change Management Specialist to lead organizational change initiatives in support of AI adoption and transformation for a leading independent federal agency focused on financial system stability. * This role will be instrumental in ensuring successful integration of Agentic AI, Generative AI (GenAI), and traditional AI technologies by fostering stakeholder alignment, workforce readiness, and cultural adaptation. * The specialist will develop and execute change strategies that promote engagement, minimize disruption, and accelerate value realization from AI investments.
