## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting an Emergency Department environment, at least 4 years of experience working in an Epic application environment, and Epic ASAP certification. ClinDoc or Ambulatory certification may be considered as an alternative., * Epic ASAP certification required.

 * Experience working with an Emergency Department or emergency medicine workflows.
 * 4+ years of experience working in an Epic application environment.
 * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work effectively with clinical and technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualification

 * Candidates local to Houston, TX are preferred.
