Experience: * Senior-level experience in UI/UX, product design, interaction design, or a related discipline. * Proven experience contributing to and expanding enterprise or production-level design systems. * Experience working with cross-functional teams in Agile or product-driven environments. * Experience with usability testing and interpreting findings to inform design iterations is preferred. * Exposure to analytics or user research insights is preferred. * Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions is a plus. * Experience working within enterprise-scale or complex product ecosystems is a plus. Education: * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or a related field preferred. * Equivalent professional experience may be considered.
