**Location:** 100% Remote

  

**Responsibilities:**

- Design and develop AI agents and copilots using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI.
- Building agentic workflows 
- Develop integrations using APIs, Power Automate, Azure Functions, and custom actions.
- Building LLM and RAG solutions using Azure OpenAI and Azure AI Foundry.
- Implement security, governance, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

**Qualifications:**

- At least 4 years of software development or AI solution development experience.
- Hands-on Microsoft Copilot Studio experience.
- Strong experience with Azure, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Foundry, and cloud services.
- Python, C#, .NET, or similar development experience.
- Experience building RAG, LLM, chatbot, or AI agent solutions.
- Microsoft Fabric and retail/eComm experience is a plus.

**Compensation:**  
Up to $150K base salary (Based on experience) + annual bones
