Desired Qualifications: * Experience with national-level stakeholder engagement, preferably with a focus on cyber policy and/or defense. * Experience coordinating with multiple stakeholders and supporting meetings, working groups, or communications forums. * Experience and understanding of recent federal cyber policies, mandates, and Executive Orders, as well as general understanding of federal cybersecurity frameworks, including NIST Cybersecurity Framework and Risk Management Framework (RMF). * Prior consulting or program support experience with DHS, CISA, or other federal cybersecurity organizations. ## Description Job Summary: Lafayette Group is seeking a Policy Analyst to support the Cybersecurity Division (CSD) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) in advancing policies and strategic initiatives that enhance the Nation's cybersecurity resilience. The Policy Analyst will provide analytical support to assist clients with the development, coordination, and implementation of cybersecurity policy and programs.
