Geotab is seeking a Software Development Team Lead, Altitude who will lead a small cross-functional team - including engineers and UX - building Altitude by Geotab's transportation intelligence platform. What you'll do: As a Software Development Team Lead, Altitude your key area of responsibility will be combining hands-on technical leadership with people management, driving the design and delivery of scalable, data-driven products that serve public and private sector customers. You will need to work closely with product managers, data scientists, and direct-report UX designers to define, design, and ship features across the Altitude platform. To be successful in this role you will be a strong team-player with an entrepreneurial mindset, strong analytical skills, and a bias toward shipping value in small, validated increments. In addition, the successful candidate will have strong project management skills, strong engineering depth, and experience leveraging an AI-first mindset across end-to-end development workflows. How you'll make an impact: * Direct software development projects; develop and implement efficient, clean code with assigned team that satisfies customer requirements. All accomplished with an AI first mindset.
