Team members collaborate across strategy, operations, and technology to help clients address complex business challenges and deliver practical, scalable solutions. This role may support initiatives involving enterprise platforms, process optimization, and change adoption across a range of client environments., Required: * Bachelor's degree * 1+ year of experience supporting business process improvement, technology implementation, or transformation initiatives * 6+ months of experience with SAP * Experience documenting business requirements, process flows, test scripts, or other project deliverables * Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word in a business environment * Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve. * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
