Preferred Certifications * SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR. * Project Management Professional (PMP) or comparable project management certification. ## Description We're excited to announce an opportunity for a Manager, HRIS to lead the strategy, administration, and continuous improvement of our HR technology ecosystem. This role will oversee the Company's HRIS platforms, lead a team of HRIS professionals, and partner closely with HR, Payroll, Benefits, Talent Acquisition, IT, Finance, and business leaders to optimize HR technology and deliver data-driven solutions that support the business. What You'll Do * Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Dayforce, our applicant tracking system, and other HR technology platforms. * Play a key leadership role in the change management process for the Dayforce integration. * Manage and develop a team of professionals responsible for system administration, reporting, integrations, security, and user support. * Lead HR technology implementations, system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and user adoption initiatives. * Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable technology solutions. * Develop workforce analytics, dashboards, and executive reporting to support strategic decision-making. * Ensure HR systems comply with SOX requirements, internal controls, and data governance standards. * Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance system functionality, automation, and the employee experience. * Champion a customer-centric approach across departments, fostering alignment and collaboration to improve customer satisfaction and operational performance., Select...
