## About the Role

* Senior-level product design experience with a strong portfolio demonstrating visual craft, systems thinking, and component-level design.
 * Expert proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto layout, and prototyping.
 * Proven experience working within and contributing to design systems and component libraries.
 * Strong high-fidelity UI design experience across web and/or mobile.
 * Experience designing adaptive web and native mobile experiences.
 * Knowledge of WCAG 2.x accessibility standards.
 * Strong communication, collaboration, organization, and problem-solving skills.
 * Ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities., * Experience in Agile or product-driven environments.
 * Experience using analytics or user research to inform design decisions.
 * Usability testing experience.
 * Knowledge of motion design and micro-interactions.
 * Experience with enterprise-scale or complex product ecosystems.
 * Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools.

Education:

 * Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, User Experience Design, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.

## Description

* Create high-fidelity, production-ready UI designs for web and mobile applications.
 * Contribute to and expand established design systems, including components, variants, patterns, and documentation.
 * Build interactive Figma prototypes demonstrating user flows, states, transitions, and interaction logic.
 * Apply responsive/adaptive design principles and WCAG 2.x accessibility standards.
 * Collaborate with product managers, developers, researchers, and other stakeholders to refine designs.
 * Incorporate feedback, user insights, and technical constraints into design solutions.
 * Manage multiple design workstreams while adapting to shifting priorities.
