## Description

We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead with strong expertise in RPGLE, Synon, RxClaim, and CLLE/SQLRPGLE to lead development and delivery activities in an onsite-offshore model. The ideal candidate will work closely with customer stakeholders, offshore teams, and delivery managers to ensure successful project execution, quality assurance, and production deployment. Key Responsibilities

 * Lead coordination between onsite and offshore development teams.
 * Gather, clarify, and communicate business and technical requirements to offshore teams.
 * Collaborate with customer technical leads and delivery managers on project execution.
 * Review and approve design documents, test plans, test results, and project deliverables.
 * Ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
 * Provide QA and regression testing support.
 * Support pre-deployment and production deployment activities.
 * Drive issue resolution and ensure smooth delivery of project milestones.
