Additional Qualifications needed: * Experience leading technical teams and mentoring project team members and technical leads. * Experience in planning and execution of Agile Transformations will be a plus. * Superior interpersonal and communication skills; effectively communicates with project team, other project leaders, multiple areas, divisions and outside vendors.
