This includes installing, configuring, patching, upgrading, and working with product support, to maintain the company's investments in business applications technologies. The ERP Analyst is also responsible for planning and coordinating change management processes required to support third-party business systems integrated with the ERP system necessary for business operations. The ERP Analyst manages user requests, develops user reporting requests using SQL and performs system security administration functions such as creating user profiles and accounts. The analyst also maintains system/user security authentication, administers application security and maintains system documentation and logs.
