## About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Developer (10+ Years Experience) to lead the modernization of an enterprise transaction platform using microservices and modular design., * Full-Stack Development (10+ yrs): .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web API, HTML5, CSS3

 * Frontend Frameworks (10+ yrs): JavaScript expertise with React, Angular, Blazor, or jQuery

 * Build & Automation (10+ yrs): Automated builds using Microsoft Team Foundation (TFS)

 * Database Engineering (7+ yrs): Oracle SQL Server & PL/SQL development

 * System Design & Methodology: Microservices, design patterns, process automation, unit/integration testing, and Agile SDLC (3+ yrs)

Core Responsibilities:

 * Modernize platform architecture into scalable microservices.

 * Design, build, and maintain high-quality backend services and front-end components.

 * Collaborate with business analysts and participate in Agile sprints.

 * Write robust unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.

Requirements:

 * Must permanently reside in or near Richmond, VA.

 * Must be willing to interview in person and work onsite 3 days per week.

 * Must physically reside in the US (No offshore contractors allowed).
