* Aantoonbare ervaring als Microsoft 365 administrator, engineer of specialist
 * Sterke kennis van Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online en Azure AD
 * Proficient in PowerShell en ervaring met Microsoft Graph en Power Automate
 * Kennis van Microsoft security en compliance features zoals MFA, conditional access en DLP
 * Ervaring met identity- en device management via Intune of hybride AD omgevingen
 * Bekend met licentiemodellen, tenant management en serviceconfiguratie
 * Goede troubleshooting, documentatie en communicatieve vaardigheden
 * Ervaring met monitoring systemen en performance management
 * Bereidheid om deel te nemen aan shift- en on-call rotaties (24/7 beschikbaarheid indien nodig)
 * De kandidaat moet een security clearance kunnen doorlopen (SÜG)
 * Bachelor in Computer Science, IT of gelijkwaardige ervaring
 * Talenkennis: Je spreekt vloeiend Engels. Frans, Nederlands of Duits is een pluspunt

## Description

* Je administreert en onderhoudt Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive en Intune
 * Je beheert gebruikersaccounts, licenties en groepbeleid via Azure Active Directory en het Microsoft 365 admin center
 * Je configureert en ondersteunt security policies, DLP en compliance features
 * Je implementeert en onderhoudt Teams Rooms en geïntegreerde communicatie-oplossingen
 * Je ondersteunt onboarding, migraties en hybride omgevingen
 * Je lost incidenten op, voert root cause analyses uit en draagt bij aan probleemoplossing
 * Je automatiseert workflows met Power Automate en PowerShell en gebruikt Microsoft Graph waar nodig
 * Je monitort service health, performance en capaciteit en onderhoudt technische documentatie en SOPs
 * Je geeft training en tweede-lijns ondersteuning aan eindgebruikers en IT-personeel
 * 2 dagen per week fysiek aanwezig op site
