## About the Role

* Active Secret clearance.
 * Ability to work on site at a government facility in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia.
 * Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis and machine learning.
 * Experience with modern data science libraries (such as pandas, scikit learn, NumPy, or similar).
 * Experience working with large datasets, including cleaning, transformation, and modeling.
 * Ability to communicate analytical insights to technical and non technical stakeholders.
 * Experience supporting government site analytics environments and workflows.

What Would Be Nice To Have:

 * Experience supporting both government site and contractor site environments.
 * Familiarity with analytics workflows used in federal programs.
 * Experience with data visualization tools or platforms.
 * Background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or related quantitative fields.

## Description

* Develop predictive models and perform advanced analytics to address complex government mission challenges.
 * Build, refine, and validate machine learning solutions supporting large scale data environments.
 * Conduct exploratory data analysis, feature engineering, and model performance evaluations across structured and unstructured datasets.
 * Implement end to end data science workflows, including data ingestion, transformation, modeling, and visualization.
 * Collaborate closely with government stakeholders to translate mission needs into data driven solutions.
 * Deliver reproducible, well documented analytical products aligned with government standards and review processes.
 * Support government site analytics platforms and environments, including cloud based and distributed compute systems.
 * Work within cross functional teams to integrate analytics into broader technical and operational architectures.
