## About the Role

* Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD/DHS "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred.
 * Bachelor's degree is required; an additional FOUR (4) years of experience may be substituted for the Bachelor's degree
 * A MINIMUM of SEVEN (7) years of hands-on experience supporting SAP sustainment for DHS or federal agencies in their ERP/Financial programs. A recognized expert with demonstrated experience in SAP production support and client advisory, particularly for organizations transforming their SAP Financials program and underling technology. Serves as a subject matter expert in one or more of the following areas:
 * Strong understanding of business operations, financial processes, procurement, and SAP configuration standards.
 * Expertise in systems requirements, operational needs, test and evaluation, and training.
 * Cross-functional SAP ECC and S/4HANA support, including FICO, MM, SD, IM, PM, PS, HR, EWM, and SCM processes.
 * Proven experience in SAP production support, including issue triage, root cause analysis, and resolution.
 * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
 * Preferable location - Washington, DC. If local to DC/Metro area, travel will be up to 10%. If non-local to DC/Metro area, travel will be up to 25% to the DC/Metro area

What Would Be Nice To Have:

 * Familiarity with the transition planning requirements of a significant SAP Financial integration of multiple instances and configurations across DHS and its components.
 * Understanding of DHS financial audit readiness and compliance requirements.
 * SAP, SAFe Agile, ITIL, or relevant certification(s), Apple IPad
