## About the Role

* 5+ years of Identity and Access Management (IAM) experience.
 * 3+ years of direct Saviynt experience in a functional leadership, product ownership, or platform ownership capacity.
 * Strong understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) concepts.
 * Experience leading Saviynt implementations, enhancements, or transformations.
 * Proven ability to work directly with executive stakeholders and business partners.
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills.
 * Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into technical solutions.
 * Experience with access certifications, role mining, birthright access, and identity lifecycle management.
 * Knowledge of compliance frameworks and audit requirements.
 * Experience integrating Saviynt with enterprise systems such as Active Directory, Azure AD/Entra ID, HRIS platforms, and business applications.
 * Prior consulting or professional services experience within IAM environments.

The successful candidate will be someone who has owned a Saviynt environment from both a business and technical perspective.

Key Responsibilities

 * Serve as the primary owner and subject matter expert for the Saviynt platform.
 * Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable IAM solutions.
 * Lead Saviynt initiatives including platform enhancements, governance improvements, and process optimization.
 * Drive user adoption and roadmap planning across multiple business units.
 * Collaborate with security, compliance, application, and infrastructure teams to implement identity governance best practices.
 * Oversee access certification, provisioning, role management, and entitlement governance processes.
 * Manage platform priorities, backlog, and enhancement requests.
 * Provide leadership for ongoing Saviynt administration, configuration, and optimization efforts.
 * Identify opportunities to improve identity lifecycle management and automate manual processes.
 * Ensure alignment between IAM strategy, compliance requirements, and business objectives.
