## About the Role

* Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.
 * Six or more years of AI/ML architecture and software engineering experience.
 * Strong Java and Python expertise.
 * Experience designing and deploying production-grade ML systems.
 * Deep knowledge of LLMs, NLP, transformer architectures, and Anthropic Claude.
 * Hands-on experience with RAG, embeddings, vector databases, and AI-agent frameworks.
 * Experience with AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, or Google Vertex AI.
 * Knowledge of MLOps, AI observability, governance, security, privacy, and compliance.
 * Strong technical leadership and mentoring skills.
 * Financial-services or personal loan-management experience is preferred.

Nice to Have:

 * Experience working in regulated industries.
 * Familiarity with multimodal AI, document intelligence, or edge AI.
 * Relevant AI, cloud, or architecture certifications.
 * Contributions to research, technical publications, or open-source projects.

## Description

* Lead the architecture and delivery of enterprise AI, ML, and generative AI solutions.
 * Design applications using Claude APIs, advanced prompting, tool use, and AI agents.
 * Architect RAG solutions, vector search, intelligent automation, and multi-model integrations.
 * Design scalable ML pipelines for data ingestion, training, deployment, and monitoring.
 * Build intelligent backend services using Java and Python.
 * Establish AI governance, security, explainability, and responsible-AI practices.
 * Evaluate emerging technologies and lead proofs of concept.
 * Partner with business and technology leaders to define AI strategy and roadmaps.
 * Identify architectural risks, technical debt, and security concerns.
 * Mentor team members and support client-facing technical discussions.
