Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Field Serviceand Dynamics 365 Customer Service. * Experience integrating CRM with Business Central or other ERP systems. * Experience with Azure integrations and APIs. * Knowledge of SQL and reporting tools. * Experience with Kingsway Soft. * Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications. ## Description CRM Support & Administration * Provide day-to-day support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM users. * Troubleshoot system issues and resolve user requests. * Configure forms, views, dashboards, business process flows, and security roles. * Maintain CRM data integrity and governance standards. * Support system upgrades, releases, and environment management. Business Analysis * Gather and document business requirements from Sales, Service and Operations teams. * Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. * Create functional specifications, user stories, and process documentation. * Recommend CRM solutions aligned with business needs. Technical Development * Oversee, coordinate and execute CRM customizations using: + JavaScript + Power Automate + Power Apps + Dataverse + Custom APIs and integrations * Support CRM-to-ERP and third-party system integrations. * Assist with data imports, migrations, and interface troubleshooting. * Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions. Testing & Quality Assurance * Develop test plans and test scenarios. * Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT). * Validate fixes and enhancements before production deployment. * Ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
