 * Unterstützung unserer Anwender im Rahmen des 2nd Level-Support sowie strukturierte Analyse von Fehlern und deren Ursachen
 * Planung, Design, Administration und Weiterentwicklung unserer internen IT-Systeme
 * Erarbeitung und Koordination geeigneter Lösungen gemeinsam mit internen Fachbereichen und IT-Spezialisten
 * Optimierung der Bedienbarkeit und Unterstützung bei der Gestaltung effizienter Arbeitsprozesse
 * Ansprechpartner für unsere internen MitarbeiterInnen
 * Durchführung von Schulungsmaßnahmen und Unterstützung der Anwender bei neuen oder geänderten Prozessen und Funktionen
