 * Führung, Organisation und Weiterentwicklung eines Allrounder-Teams inklusive Ressourcen- und Ablaufplanung
 * Verantwortung für Planung, Steuerung und Umsetzung anspruchsvoller IT-Kundenprojekte
 * Koordination und Eskalationsmanagement im 2nd/3rd-Level-Support
 * Installation, Administration und Support komplexer Server-, Netzwerk- und Security-Lösungen (Microsoft-Umfeld)
 * Sicherstellung der Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Prozessoptimierung
