In dieser Rolle sorgst du dafür, dass bei unseren Kund:innen alles rundläuft - von der Ticketbearbeitung bis zur Systempflege. Ob remote oder vor Ort: Du bist Teil eines Teams, das IT greifbar macht.

 * Betreuung und Support für bestehende Kund:innen - remote & onsite
 * Installation und Administration von Client-, Server- und Netzwerklösungen
 * System-Monitoring & Troubleshooting mit Hausverstand
 * Dokumentation im Ticketing-System? Gehört bei dir einfach dazu
