## About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Salesforce Consultant with a strong business analysis background and a proven ability to deliver impactful CRM solutions., * At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant;

 * Salesforce Certified Business Analyst;
 * Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management;
 * Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystem;
 * Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions;
 * Familiarity with Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies;
 * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
 * Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
 * High level of ownership, responsibility, and attention to detail;
 * Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional and international environments;
 * Proactive mindset with a focus on delivering business value;
 * English proficiency at B2 level or higher;
 * German proficiency at C1 level.

Would be a plus:

 * Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, Tableau);
 * Proven project experience supported by references;
 * Ability to work in a client-facing role in an international environment;
 * Willingness to participate in on-site activities when required.

## Description

* Elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements in close collaboration with stakeholders across business, IT, and management;

 * Translate business needs into scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices;

 * Lead and coordinate the full implementation lifecycle, from requirement gathering through design, development, testing, and deployment;

 * Ensure that delivered solutions provide measurable business value and meet defined objectives;

 * Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment;

 * Provide expert guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, and CRM strategy;

 * Support continuous improvement of Salesforce applications and processes;

 * Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation, including solution designs and process descriptions;

 * Facilitate knowledge transfer to client teams and ensure long-term solution sustainability;

 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery and adherence to project standards.
