## Description

Als Senior Engineer sind Sie federführend für den reibungslosen IT-Betrieb im Unternehmen verantwortlich. Als "Playing Captain" sind Sie zudem für die fachliche Führung des 5-köpfigen Teams - ganz nach dem Motto "Leading by Example" - zuständig. Konkret übernehmen Sie folgende Aufgaben:

 * Administration der bestehenden Microsoft IT-Infrastruktur (Server, Client, Netzwerk, Cloud, etc.)
 * Weiterentwicklung der IT-Landschaft, vor allem in Richtung State-of-the-Art Security
 * Evaluierung und Optimierung interner IT-Prozesse bspw. durch Automatisierungen
 * Leitung sowie Mitarbeit bei (internationalen) IT-Projekten
 * Fachliche Unterstützung der Kollegen im IT-Support
