 * Knowledge of open data standards, data governance, and European data directives.
 * Knowledge of Denodo and data virtualisation is an advantage.
 * Excellent French (C2) communication skills.

 * Design data models, data dictionaries, and technical specifications.
 * Transform source data into shareable and reusable datasets using FME and/or Denodo.
 * Perform data quality and compliance checks.
 * Manage metadata and support data publication through relevant platforms.
 * Work with data owners and technical teams to understand requirements and ensure data is properly documented and maintained.
 * Support data integration, interoperability, governance, and secure data access.
 * Prepare reports, documentation, and provide ongoing support to data stakeholders.
