Most importantly, you're looking for an opportunity to gain practical experience and develop your technical skills alongside an experienced IT team.

## Description

You'll work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain valuable practical experience in a modern business environment. Our IT Team concists of a Director IT, a Security Engineer, a Data Platform & Integrity Specialist, IT System Engineers and IT Support Specialists., * Supporting Microsoft 365 applications such as Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint

 * Assisting with password resets and user access requests
 * Logging and following up on support tickets
 * Troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues
 * Supporting small IT projects and improvement initiatives, In this role, you'll help colleagues with IT-related questions, prepare and install laptops and mobile devices, support Microsoft 365 applications, and assist with day-to-day IT operations. You'll work closely with experienced IT professionals and gain valuable practical experience in a modern business environment.
