## Description

Administrer les environnements Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune?)

 - Gérer les serveurs, la virtualisation et les réseaux (Hyper-V, VLAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)
 - Superviser les sauvegardes et assurer la continuité d'activité
Support & services utilisateurs

 - Assurer un support N2/N3 auprès des utilisateurs
 - Coordonner les prestataires et optimiser le traitement des incidents
Sécurité & conformité

 - Mettre en oeuvre les politiques de sécurité (gestion des accès, RGPD)
 - Suivre les incidents de sécurité et garantir la conformité aux normes
Projets & amélioration continue

 - Piloter les projets IT (déploiements, migrations, optimisation des outils)
 - Recueillir les besoins métiers et proposer des solutions adaptées
Gestion & pilotage

 - Suivre le budget IT et gérer les prestataires
 - Assurer l'inventaire et la gestion des actifs IT
