## Description

Dans le cadre du renforcement de notre équipe, nous recherchons 2 Techniciens Support Informatique N1 (H/F) pour intervenir auprès des utilisateurs sur un site situé à Pau.

Vous serez principalement en charge de la préparation et du déploiement des postes de travail, ainsi que du support de premier niveau.

Vos principales missions
Préparer et masteriser les postes de travail.
Installer et configurer les équipements informatiques.
Déployer les postes auprès des utilisateurs.
Assurer le support informatique de proximité de niveau 1.
Diagnostiquer et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels.
Accompagner les utilisateurs dans l'utilisation de leur environnement informatique.
Assurer le suivi des incidents et demandes via l'outil de ticketing.
Respecter les procédures et consignes de sécurité du client., La préparation et la masterisation de postes
L'installation et la configuration de matériel informatique
Le diagnostic et la résolution d'incidents N1
