squads.Own the integrated programme plan, milestones, dependencies and critical path.Manage programme budgets, forecasting and financial reporting.Establish strong governance, RAID management and programme controls.Manage senior stakeholders, suppliers and delivery partners.Facilitate face-to-face workshops and drive key programme decisions.Track delivery closely and provide clear visibility of progress, risks and blockers.Support the consolidation of multiple products and systems into one scalable digital ecosystem.Support the adoption of AI and Agentic AI across digital products and programme delivery.Experience RequiredProven delivery of large-scale, multi-million-pound digital programmes.Excellent budget, financial, governance and programme control capability.Experience managing multiple technical squads and complex workstreams.Strong stakeholder management within large, global or matrix organisations.Experience delivering consumer-facing digital products or platforms.Good technical
