You'll have experience supporting Microsoft technologies and a solid understanding of desktop, infrastructure and networking fundamentals. You'll be proactive, organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities while communicating effectively with users across the business. You'll ideally have experience with: * Windows 10 and Windows 11 * Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive) * Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and on-premise Active Directory * Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 * DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP and VPN technologies * Desktop, laptop and mobile device support * User account administration and Group Policy Desirable Experience with any of the following would be advantageous: * Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager * Exchange Online administration * Hyper-V virtualisation * PowerShell scripting * VLANs, switching and firewall technologies * Conditional Access and Multi-Factor Authentication * Cyber Essentials, ISO27001 or ITIL Service Management Microsoft, CompTIA or ITIL certifications are welcomed but are not essential. We're more interested in someone with a positive attitude, a willingness to learn and a genuine passion for technology. ## Description Reporting to the IT Infrastructure Engineer, you'll play a key role in delivering first and second-line IT support across the business, acting as the first point of contact for technical issues while helping to maintain a secure, reliable and high-performing IT environment. Supporting both on-premise and cloud-based technologies, you'll work across Microsoft 365, Hybrid Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Windows Server and networking infrastructure, ensuring users receive a first-class support experience. Alongside day-to-day support, you'll also contribute to infrastructure improvements, Microsoft 365 projects, security initiatives and the rollout of new technologies.
