Experience mentoring or leading developers. ## Description We're looking for a talented and motivated Senior Full Stack Developer who wants to make a genuine impact. This isn't a role where you'll simply be handed specifications to code. You'll become one of the key technical decision-makers within the business, working closely with the Director of Operations to shape the future direction of the platform. Initially, you'll take ownership of developing new features across the Laravel web platform and expanding the mobile offering, including the development of an Android application alongside their existing iOS platform.
