## Description

Recruitment to SmartRecruiters.Advise clients on best practices for Recruitment and Onboarding, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and company policies.Configure and test SuccessFactors Recruitment, Onboarding or SmartRecruiters ensuring seamless integration with other SuccessFactors modules and external systems.Possess an understanding of SuccessFactors Recruitment and Onboarding module configuration and be comfortable working with data structures and workflows.Possess an understanding of SmartRecruiters configuration and be comfortable working with data structures and workflows.Gather and analyse client requirements through workshops, interviews, and documentation review.Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.Support the sales process by contributing to proposals and client presentations.Configure and test SmartRecruiters solution.Contribute to the development of our SuccessFactors practice through knowledge
