## Description

We are currently recruiting for a number of Helpdesk Advisors to join our client's team based in the HX6 area.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with strong customer service skills who are confident communicating with customers by telephone and online chat.

Key Responsibilities

 * Respond to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
 * Provide support via telephone and online chat
 * Resolve queries and provide accurate information
 * Maintain a high standard of customer service
 * Record customer interactions and update systems where required
