The remaining time will be dedicated to proactively improving how the team builds at scale: creating reusable Webflow templates, components, and interaction patterns; supporting scalable design systems; and running A/B testing and user testing on repeatable solutions to make them more robust, usable, accessible and performant.The ideal candidate is a maker, a Webflow power user, and a curious problem-solver who enjoys pushing no-code/low-code tools to create high-quality digital experiences quickly and reliably.Basic qualifications- Bachelor's degree or above in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or Associate's degree- Experience designing and executing online customer experiences- Experience designing and prototyping with tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or similar- Experience and practical knowledge of user-centered design methodologies, usability principles, web-based information architecture and designs- Experience in A/B testing- Experience in stakeholder management and communication management- Expert Webflow builder, better if certified.- Proficiency with Webflow for building and maintaining responsive websites and interactive experiences.- Understanding of HTML and CSS and responsive design principles.- Ability to balance creative thinking with data-driven decision-making.Preferred qualification - Experience with advertising publishers and marketing/creative agencies- Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment- Understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) methodologies.- Experience collaborating with front-end developers and understanding implementation constraints.- Familiarity with motion design, interaction design, or prototyping tools.Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
