## About the Role

alongside the ability to troubleshoot complex user and platform issues. Copilot.Manage governance, permissions, security, retention, and compliance across Microsoft 365 services.Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption and AI-powered productivity initiatives.Develop and enhance Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.Use PowerShell to automate administration, reporting, and operational processesTroubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support across collaboration platforms.Deliver user training, create technical documentation, and champion best practice adoption.Support platform improvements, migrations, and continuous service enhancement activities.Required ExperienceYou will have at least 3 years' experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 collaboration technologies within an enterprise environment, with strong hands-on expertise in SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate).You will have experience managing governance, permissions, security and compliance across Microsoft 365
