This role focuses on administrative coordination, scheduling, communication, and learning company processes and compliance requirements., * Prepare weekly branch update meeting notes * Order labor law posters and send compliance postings for new office locations * Create projects in company systems of record to support implementation projects, ensuring accurate documentation and timely processing. * Schedule setup, changes, and termination of services with external vendors * Schedule meetings with stakeholders to discuss project needs and requirements * Set up Executive Welcome Calls * Send welcome kits to new branches Growth Expectations * Learn implementation terminology and workflows * Build understanding of branch operations * Develop communication and coordination skills * Gain familiarity with company systems and vendors, In the performance of assigned tasks and duties all employees are expected to conform to the following: * Review and adhere to policies and guidelines contained within the Employee Handbook, including privacy and information security guidelines. * Act within delegated authorities and adheres to applicable policy and procedures associated with such authorities. * Contribute to establishing a respectful workplace where diversity is critical to innovation and growth. * Ensure every action and decision is aligned with PRMI values. * Partner with your management team to understand performance expectations and measurements.
