If yes, please briefly describe. ## Description We are seeking a hands-on Technical Operations Specialist to support Windows-based systems, VR hardware, and interactive technologies used in live experiential programs, mobile tours, and brand activations. This role is focused on technical setup, troubleshooting, and field support in live event environments., * Oversee on-site logistics and technical execution for live events, activations, and mobile tours * Configure, deploy, and troubleshoot Windows-based computer systems, VR hardware, and interactive technologies * Support systems that include Meta Quest / Oculus devices, PCs, peripherals, and related software * Set up and manage networking environments, including routers, switches, IP configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting * Support interactive systems that may include Arduino- and Raspberry Pi-based components * Perform QA, system testing, and pre-event validation to ensure all components are fully operational * Create and maintain instruction manuals, run-of-show documentation, and technical diagrams * Lead on-site training for staff and contractors on system operation and troubleshooting * Supervise contractors and ensure technical standards and expectations are met * Act as the primary on-site problem solver, quickly identifying and resolving issues under pressure * Travel regularly to support events across various locations.
