 * Interesse an digitaler Transformation, Change Management, Software-Rollout, Projektmanagement und interner Kommunikation\n
 * Kommunikationsfreude, eine proaktive Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist und Eigeninitiative\n

## Description

Als Teil unseres Teams unterstützt Du die Einführung digitaler Lösungen im Produktionsumfeld und übernimmst abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben in den Bereichen Kommunikation, Change Management und Projektmanagement.

 * Begleitung der Einführung einer IIoT-Plattform in der Produktion sowie Mitgestaltung der Kommunikations- und Change-Strategie\n
 * Erstellung von Kommunikations- und Schulungsunterlagen für verschiedene Zielgruppen\n
 * Planung und Begleitung von Kommunikations- und Change-Kampagnen\n
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Produktion, IT und Fachbereichen sowie Unterstützung des Projektmanagements\n
