## About the Role

* 2-4 years of experience in IT hardware, software, desktop, or operating system support.
 * Technical college degree in Computer Science or a related subject area, or comparable technical experience.
 * Hands-on experience troubleshooting and supporting desktop/laptop hardware, peripherals, software, and operating systems.

Certifications

 * CompTIA A+ Certification preferred/required.
 * Baseline OEM certifications relevant to the assignment, which may include:

 * Dell Desktop / Laptop
 * HP Desktop / Laptop / Printer
 * Lenovo Desktop / Laptop
 * Lexmark Printer
 * IBM Printer
 * Server+

Language Requirements

 * German C1
 * English B2, * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Good understanding of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
 * Ability to work independently and follow established technical procedures.
 * Strong customer service and communication skills.
 * Ability to prioritize and complete assigned tasks within required timelines.
 * Willingness to work in accordance with client-specific processes and technical standards.
 * Ability to maintain professional documentation and support records.

We are seeking IT Support Engineer L2 to provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and operating systems. The successful candidate will apply acquired technical skills, company policies, and established procedures to complete assigned support tasks and ensure reliable operation of end-user IT equipment., * Provide technical support for computer hardware, software, and operating systems.

 * Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues.
 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and related IT equipment.
 * Complete assigned technical support tasks in accordance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
 * Follow documented processes for incident resolution, equipment maintenance, and technical support.
 * Perform hardware replacement, configuration, and basic system maintenance as required.
 * Escalate complex or unresolved technical issues to the appropriate support team.
 * Maintain accurate records of technical activities, incidents, and resolutions.
 * Ensure all support activities comply with client and company requirements.
 * Perform other IT support duties as assigned based on the specific client engagement.
