## About the Role

Do you have experience in Teamwork?, * Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent with ideally more then 2 years of professional experience

 * Ability to work team-oriented and to manage multiple assignments with minimal supervision
 * High flexibility and ability to motivate people
 * Proven intercultural and social competence
 * Solid IT skills in MS Office and ideally SAP
 * Excellent communication and presentation skills
 * Working proficiency in English

## Description

* Drive changes within the defined Global Change Management System throughout all phases considering the in- and external given timeframe.
 * Support Program/Plant Manager to achieve quality, timing and business KPI´s by ensuring that working packages of each change phase are completed with the necessary quality in time by the team members.
 * Coordinate periodical internal Change Management review meetings with all functions and customer.
 * Manage that ZFFCN Material Master and Bill of Material (BOM) is up to date.
 * Control and monitor special cases, e.g. special builds, prototypes.
 * Guarantee data transfer and data quality by performing relationship management with the OEM plant.
